    Strength training workout for all levels of fitness that incorporates barbells, kettle bells and dumbbells. You will be coached on the proper technique of weightlifting to build a lean athletic physique.
    Weekly schedule is as follows:

    Tuesday-Upper Body Lift
    Thursday-Lower Body Lift

    Torch body fat and strengthen your body during this high intensity metabolic workout. METABURN will incorporate AMRAP, EMOM and TABATA style training.
