Access to THE BRICKYARD during open gym hours. Do your own workout at your own pace or do the WOD (workout of the day) provided for you.
Strength training workout for all levels of fitness that incorporates barbells, kettle bells and dumbbells. You will be coached on the proper technique of weightlifting to build a lean athletic physique.
Full body conditioning designed to sculpt and tone using a combination of cardio based movements and core exercises.
Torch body fat and strengthen your body during this high intensity metabolic workout. METABURN will incorporate AMRAP, EMOM and TABATA style training.
Full body workout using the TRX suspension trainer (leveraged body weight training) and weighted exercises. Challenge yourself doing multi-joint movements and increase your range of motion to improve total-body strength and mobility.

I met Daniel about two and a half years ago when I enrolled in his TRX class. At the time, I was nervous because it had been more than ten years since I’d set foot in a gym. Daniel was extremely patient and always made it a point to demonstrate each movement and correct my form. Daniel’s dedication and his enthusiasm kept me coming back into the gym week after week. I later began one-on-one training sessions with Daniel. He keeps the routines varied and always pushes me to work harder, to my best, and be consistent. Over the course of our training, I have developed strength and stamina that I never thought was possible. My body has also changed dramatically; I have dropped nearly three dress sizes and have lost inches all over my body. Now, training with Daniel has become a family affair – both my husband and my son train, each with his own program tailored to his individual needs/goals. I would highly recommend Daniel for anyone wanting to lose weight, build strength, or increase agility.
I cannot say enough good things about this fitness couple! I have known Daniel and Christina for a few years and have always been extremely satisfied! From a group fitness instructor to a personal trainer to a friend, they always bring a lot of knowledge and encouragment to every work out. It is more than just a gym session. They care about your goals and health and they genuinely want to help you achieve them and see results. I have a back injury and they always take the time to see how I am doing. All my one-on-one sessions with Christina are always challenging but fun. She makes sure to cater every work out to my needs. I love the diversity that they offer. I highly recommend them to anyone!
